Frequently Asked Questions
  • How Does the Appointment System Work?

To book an appointment for a class session, you must select a service and use the calendar to choose the preferred time and date. Appointments are granted on a first-come, first-served basis. Online courses are also available for your convenience at no extra charge.

    Do You Offer Hourly Packages?

Yes. Hourly packages are available for both personal and corporate use. Please reach out by sending us a message, and we will respond promptly with the appropriate information.

    How Long is Each Session?

Each session is approximately 1 hour, although longer lessons tailored toward your specific needs can be requested. Sessions can be increased by hourly increments or by half-hour increments if an hourly package is purchased.

    Where Are the Classes Given?

The classes are given at the location of your choice. We have students who prefer to meet at the workplace, home, or an agreed-upon public location. We recommend only choosing sites that aren’t likely to be noisy or distracting. For those who travel often, online classes usually make the most sense.

What is the Format for the Online Classes?

The online classes are given using a virtual classroom platform where the student and teacher can interact with one another using voice, video, chat, and a whiteboard. The virtual classroom also allows for the exchange of documents for practice and supplemental use. The online classroom platform is intuitive and easy to use, even for those who aren’t the most tech-savvy.

Are Classes One-On-One, or Can They Be in a Group Setting?

You can arrange for either one-on-one classes or a group setting, whichever you prefer. A surcharge of $25 will be added for every additional student per hour.

    What Do the Sessions Include?

Each session includes instruction from one of our highly-qualified educators, lesson time, and also the materials necessary for that class and any students who are participating.
